i miss playing fencing a lot. as in a lot. it has been a year and couple of months since i last suited up for a duel. sigh.

as much as i am eager to go back attending fencing club's wednesday meets, i can't because of wednesday classes. it sucks bigtime i that i can't find time for fencing. sigh. sigh. sigh.

but i look forward to watching the fencing finals of the SEA Games at Ultra in Pasig next week. i hope i can bring along friends to watch with me.

people i admire

it has something to do with seeing Daphne Oseña face to face. now, i am recalling people i admire. here's a partial list. but these are the first few people who are always on my top list. errr, i just can't seem to remember everyone in my top list... here goes!

I just knew Leon Lai recently and the first time I saw him in Three: Going Home (Peter Ho-Sun Chan), grabe, instant favorite na. Was very impressed by his subtle acting. Great performance I must say. He's also in Fallen Angels (Wong Kar Wai).

Leon Lai's one of Hong Kong's famous celebrities. At sa aking humble comparison, he is like the Piolo Pascual of Hong Kong. singer and award-winning actor. But Leon was first a singer before a filmstar. And the THING which made me admire him so much is that he is an international United Nations Ambassador of Goodwill. Se his credentials sa website ng UN, and tingnan natin if you won't be impressed.

And, he reminds me of someone. Magkamukha talaga sila. Haha.

Waaaaah. To die for. Was an avid reader of her column, From Coffee To Cocktails, and sure did she amaze and impress me. astig siya. Celine Lopezzzz. I saw a terno she once wore displayed in the Terno exhibit last year and it was so petite. Great things do come in small packages.

And yeah, pwede ba? He is, ugh, nevermind.

papasok ako ng mall when she was exiting and walking passed the guard and right in front of me, with her right arm bent carrying a Louis Vuitton...

and i was like... jaw-dropped looking at her passing 6 inches from me at paglagpas niya, my head was like magnetized na lumingon sinusundan siya. and before i knew it, sinasabihan na pala ako ng guard na, ser excuse po may mga dadaan. grabeee, nandun lang ako nakatayo sa mall entrance mismo, nakaharang.

hindi kasi kapani-paniwala na nagpupunta sa isang sm city bicutan ang super fabulous F girl na si Daphne, but she was there! mag-isa! at mas lalong hindi kapani-paniwala ang kakaibang kagandahan niya. as in sobra. the nose.. the skin.. the eyes... the hair sooooobra! as in! pramis! super dooper kaka-mesmerize! grabe talaga, with matching lumingon pa ko nung nakalagpas siya sakin. as in ganun ka... ahhh! grabe.

tuloy, it kept me wondering kung taga-dito rin sa village si Daphne. yuck, neihbors kami! ahahaha. yey! grabe ang happy talaga.

according to neighbor stan, lagi pala niya nakikita sa sm city bicutan si daphne at kasama pa daw, i quote, yung asawa niyang pogi. wow. ngayon every trip to sm bic is something to look forward to! ahahaha.

oh last five minutes na lang yan

today i am half through harry potter and the goblet of fire. have just decided to read it before i watch the film adaptation and before i read the 6th book my mom brought me.

it's relatively peaceful today in our house. miraculously peaceful. thank heavens.

i am upset at myself. why do i forget my motivations? i should be doing something yet mañana habit persists. oh damn!!! i so hate it. i so hate myself for this.

oh and i don't wanna start on blabbing my angsts again.

i look forward for monday. i look forward to living on my own again. for just 5 days a week, that is.

just my thought: if family does not last, you are left to your friends. but if friendship does not last either, you then are left to yourself. but then again, your life ends. where to are you then?

the ignorant andre of the south has already read ages ago that vodka doesn't freeze because of its high alcohol content. and thus, have proven it times a many.

product number two: parmesan cheese
yes. fresh parmesan cheese doesn't freeze inside the freezer. for some reasons ignorant andre of the south does not know.

and product number three: nuts. specifically pecan nuts, walnuts, and cashew.
for reasons, he also is too ignorant to know.

buwahahahaha.

try it to believe it. and if any eyes which read this might know the phenomenon behind the unfreezable cheese and nuts, please do enlighten the great ignorant of the south. oo, ako. hehehe.
